Refund Policy
To ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project, the following refund policy applies:
Refunds will only be issued in the event that I am unable to continue the project and cannot assign a qualified professional to complete it. In this case, a partial or full refund may be provided depending on the stage of the project.
Once a project is approved and payment is made, work begins immediately. If the client chooses to cancel the project after 48 hours from payment, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be granted based on personal preferences, subjective opinions, or changes in taste. However, feedback is always welcome, and revisions can be discussed to ensure the final result aligns as closely as possible with the client’s expectations.
Before starting the project, we will align on goals, references, and expectations to minimize misunderstandings and ensure a smooth process.
By proceeding with the payment, the client agrees to these terms.
